We start by having a conversation to learn about your bookkeeping needs and answer any questions you may have, while gathering the information we need to set up your accounts in our secure accounting system.
When you’re ready to begin you provide us with read-only access to your banking and credit accounts. Every month after that we’ll handle the rest — downloading your transactions, balancing your accounts, and organizing your income and expense.
Then when our work is done we'll provide you with a monthly statement, so you'll know exactly where you stand financially and be prepared to file your tax returns at the end of the year.
The cost is a modest $75 per month — less than $20 per week — and is offered on a month-by-month basis with no contract required.
